Lyndsey Bowen is an aerialist, movement artist, and certified instructor with Born to Fly and Paper Doll Militia, based in Sanford, North Carolina. She specializes in aerial silks, aerial sling, aerial hoop, aerial yoga, and flexibility, offering private lessons, group classes, workshops, and special events. In addition to teaching, she is an experienced performer available for event entertainment, corporate gatherings, private parties, and special occasions.
Lyndsey has trained with renowned companies such as Paper Doll Militia, Quixotic Cirque Nouveau, Wylliams/Henry Contemporary Dance Company, and BollyX. She has also studied under esteemed instructors including Rebekah Leach, Rain Anya, Jessica J, Megan Stockman, Dara Minkin, and Mia Michaels.

Lyndsey Bowen is an artist with family roots in the Midwest, now based in Sanford, North Carolina. She studied Digital and Studio Art at Missouri Southern State University and is a classically trained ballet dancer with expertise in ballet pointe. She is a Born to Fly certified aerial instructor and has trained with renowned companies such as Paper Doll Militia, Quixotic Cirque Nouveau, Wylliams/Henry Contemporary Dance Company, and BollyX. Her mentors include Rebekah Leach, Rain Anya, Jessica J, Megan Stockman, Dara Minkin, and Mia Michaels.

With experience both on and off stage, Lyndsey has worked as an aerialist, dancer, director, stage manager, choreographer, and instructor. From 2012 to 2018, she was a key member of Midwest Regional Ballet, serving as Assistant to the Artistic Director, Aerial Coordinator, and Assistant School Director. In 2024, she performed professionally with Inspyral Circus, expanding her repertoire in the world of circus arts.

Lyndsey is a graduate of Paper Doll Militia's Aerial Silks Teacher Training programs and is one of only four students worldwide to be accepted into both Level 1 and Level 2 simultaneously. She has been teaching dance and fitness since 2007, aerial arts since 2013, and yoga and flexibility since 2017.
She has performed leading roles in productions such as Cats, Evita, and Dracula, along with numerous original works, exhibitions, and cabaret productions. In addition to teaching, she is an experienced performer available for event entertainment, corporate gatherings, private parties, and special occasions.
